How Will I Complete My Order?
When the luggage is ready to ship, we will send you an email with a special link. When you click this link, you'll be taken back to our website and your order will be pre-populated in your cart at the discounted price that was locked in with your pre-order.
Will My Reservation Deposit Be Applied To My Purchase?
Yes, your reservation deposit will be applied to your purchase as a store credit. When you check out, the discounted price you have locked in will be further reduced by the amount of your reservation deposit.
When Will My Roomy Carry-On Ship?
Orders will ship in spring 2020.
Will I Be Able To Change The Color I've Selected?
Yes, you will be able to change your color choice when you complete your order.
I Am Ordering The Roomy Carry-On As A Gift. Can I Arrange To Ship To The Recipient?
Yes. When you complete your order this spring, just enter the shipping information for the recipient.
Will I Be Able To Order Additional Luggage At The Same Discounted Price?
Sorry, the discounted price is only available on luggage that you've reserved now. We are unable to offer additional luggage at this price. You will be able to order additional luggage at our standard prices, which are already much lower than competing high-end luggage.
